2026 Show Schedule

3P Information
Download this document to walk through each step of the process and what documentation you will need.
All WGI Bound units are required to take their new online program and all other MWCGC units are to do the following:
3P/WGI Online Webinar Training
WGI has discontinued use of SafeSport for Participant Protection training (formerly known as PAPP) and replaced it with their own Participant Protection Policies (3P).
Units staff-adult supervisors attending a WGI event will be required to take the 3P training.
This counts for MWCGC requirements. It is not available for units NOT attending a WGI event. For Units who take the WGI 3P in order to go to a WGI event, all that needs to be submitted is a sign off by the Director that all Adult Supervisors have taken the WGI 3P Training.
NOTE: WGI will monitor and in some cases audit this.
MWCGC Units staff-adult supervisors not attending a WGI event are to take a free online webinar. There will be 3 offerings of the same webinar as listed below. Take only ONE webinar. For Units who take the online webinar,, all that needs to be submitted is a sign off by the Director that all Adult Supervisors have taken the webinar Training.
