Our meeting is THIS Saturday - a few reminder details below
- Judge Evaluation Time - Please click the link HERE and you will directed to Kyle MIller’s 2025 Judge Evaluation google form. We ask that you all take the time to fill this out to help and support our circuit. There are 26 pages, but it is important - DUE MAY 10.

2025 Slate Committee Report
On behalf of the 2025 Slate Committee for the Midwest Color Guard Circuit, it is our pleasure to present the nominees for the 2025 Board of Directors Elections.
- President: Jen Buzalski
- Vice President: Howie Mogil or Joshua De Guzman
- Treasurer: Sarah Danielson or Youri Takisawa
- Secretary: Heather Pfeil
- Contest Director: Sara Reich
- Publicity Director: Melissa Schlesinger
- Judge Liaison: Kyle Miller
All current members planned to return to the Board of Directors. Joshua De Guzman, self-nominated to run against the incumbent for the Vice President. Sarah Danielson and Youri Takisawa were self-nominated, per the process, for the Treasurer role. Their summary of experiences can be found in the attached PDF HERE.
As a reminder, during the May 10th at 10 am at Naperville Central High School located at 400 Aurora Ave. Naperville, IL 60540, where we will elect our next Board of Directors. Nominations can also be taken from the floor during that meeting. Nominees from the floor must be present.
If you are unable to attend this meeting, please submit your group’s proxy vote to Secretary Heather Pfeil at mwcgcsecretary@gmail.com before May 10th at 10 am. You would simply email your name, and that your proxy vote is being given to specific named person for your group – that person whom you have assigned your proxy will then vote as you have instructed them to do so on your group’s behalf. The email needs only to go to Heather, we as the Slate Committee do not track proxy votes.
