Age-Out Yearbook
All graduating members of the MWCGC performing at Championships are encouraged to fill out the Age Out Form to be included in the Yearbook. This includes:
- A graduating HS Senior from a Scholastic guard
- Anyone aging out of Independent RA/IA/IO unit
- 8th graders aging out of Independent or Scholastic Cadet guard
Important: Please remember the following guidelines when submitting your photos:
- We will not print photos with a photographer's watermark on them -- even if they indicate "ok for yearbook" because this refers to your HS yearbook, not our online yearbook and slideshow. It will not be used if you upload a photo with a photographer's watermark.
- Attach your electronic photo images directly to this form. This should be a jpg format photo and include your name and school name or Independent Unit Name within the name of the jpg file (example: JaneSmithJustinHighSchool.jpg).
Deadline is February 27, 2025.
